We are delighted to host you and kindly request all guests to follow these house rules to ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for everyone.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: From 2:00 PM onwards
Check-out: By 11:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Housekeeping

Complimentary housekeeping service is provided once daily.
Service hours: 08:00 AM – 06:00 PM.

Occupancy Policy

Only the number of guests confirmed in the booking are permitted to stay at the villa.
Guest capacity must be strictly adhered to.
Unaccounted or additional guests are not allowed without prior approval from management.

Noise & Music Policy

Please respect the neighbourhood and maintain moderate noise levels at all times.
Loud outdoor music, DJs or parties are not permitted, as the villa is located in a residential area.
Quiet hours begin from 10:00 PM onwards.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa, including all indoor areas and rooms.
Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

Swimming Pool Rules

Guests use the swimming pool at their own risk.
No glass items are allowed in or around the pool area.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Care of Property

Please treat the villa, furniture, décor, appliances, and all amenities with care.
Any damage, breakage, loss, or missing items will be charged accordingly.

Air Conditioning & Electricity

Kindly switch off lights, fans, air conditioners, and appliances when not in use.
Keep doors and windows closed while the air conditioning is running.

Cleanliness

Please help maintain cleanliness throughout your stay.
Dispose of waste in the designated bins provided.

Illegal Activities

Illegal substances, unlawful activities, and possession of prohibited items are strictly forbidden on the property.

Pets

Pets are not permitted unless approved in advance by management.

Safety & Security

Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the villa.
Management is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings and valuables.

Kitchen Usage

Guests using the kitchen are requested to keep it clean after use.
Do not leave food uncovered overnight.

Respect for Staff & Neighbours

Please be respectful toward villa staff, neighbouring residents, and surrounding properties.
Inappropriate behaviour toward staff or property may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of ₹15,000 will be collected at the time of check-in. If the security deposit is paid in cash, it will be refunded at check-out after inspection of the property, subject to no damages, losses, or pending dues. For deposits paid via bank transfer or digital payment, refunds will be processed within 15 working days, after deduction of any applicable charges and settlement of damages or outstanding amounts, if any.

Booking Rules & Important Information

Tariff includes accommodation for the confirmed number of guests and applicable taxes.
Submission of valid Government-issued ID and address proof for all guests is mandatory at check-in.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate a stay in case of violation of house rules.

Cancellation Policy

100% refund for cancellations made 45 days or more before check-in.
75% refund for cancellations made 30–44 days before check-in.
50% refund for cancellations made 15–29 days before check-in.
No refund for cancellations made less than 15 days before check-in.

Peak Season & Festive Dates Policy:

Bookings for stays between 24th December - 3rd January, and on any festive, holiday, or peak-season dates, are non-refundable, irrespective of the cancellation date.
